Orders & Custom Gear

Is there a minimum order?
Yes - all custom orders require a 10-piece minimum per style.

Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. From colors to design details, everything is built around your vision. We’ll work with you to create something that stands out.

Will I see a mockup first?
Yes. Every custom order includes a digital mockup for approval, as well as a photo of your actual printed piece, before production begins.

Can I make changes after approval?
Once a design is approved and production has started, changes can’t be made - so be sure everything looks perfect before confirming.


Pricing & Payment

Do you offer bulk pricing?
We keep our pricing fair and consistent across all orders. Because of this, pricing does not change based on bulk quantities - you’re getting the same quality and value at every level.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, or Venmo for custom orders.


Production & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
For all in stock items, please allow 2 - 5 business days for us to process your order and ship it out. 

What’s the turnaround time for custom orders?
Most orders are completed and shipped within 5 weeks after final design approval.

Where do you ship?
We only ship within the US for in stock items. Custom items can be shipped to ALMOST anywhere worldwide.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date for eligible items. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes - all custom items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our end, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
